VIRTUAL digital competition, using Zoom, with an independent judge. The last date to enter is the Thu before the competition via PhotoContestPro. Please note that the Zoom meeting will start at 7:45pm.

How to join zoom meeting - YouTube video (if you're curious and want to learn more about using Zoom their channel has lots of helpful videos):
1. Members will start logging in at 7:45pm. There will be some chit-chat and making sure that folks are connected properly and hopefully minimal trouble-shooting.
2. The meeting will start promptly at 8pm. I will start with some brief announcements.
3. I will ask members to remain on mute during the presentation unless they would like to ask a question or respond to a prompt from the presenter. This will hopefully cut down on feedback and background noise during the presentation. I will mute all at the beginning of the meeting.
4. When we have an interactive talk (like we will 3/23) or if you want to avoid talking over each other, Zoom gives you the option to "raise your hand." As moderator, I will look for this and make sure to unmute you when the presenter calls on you or make the presenter aware of your question. To "raise your hand" click on the "Participants" button on your Zoom toolbar and you will see a list of participants. At the bottom right, you will see an option to "raise your hand;" click on it. You can also use a shortcut key to raise your hand. It is (Alt+Y) on a PC or (Option+Y) on a Mac.
